When urine is clear: There is no known specific amount of fluid each hour or day, because everyone is different--physical activity level, weather, body sizes etc..Will determine the fluid need. A good rule of thumb is drink enough so that when you pee, your urine should be clear/faint yellow. If it is too yellow/dark, u are not drinking enough..If it is nice and clear, u got enough fluid. Consult your doc..Good luck.
