Had one small drink (screwdriver) at dinner (5pm) and took a xanex (.5mg) not thinking at 1015pm - will i be ok? wasnt going to take but did and remembered i had a drink at dinner. i think with it being 430/5 hours i should be ok and drank water 2?

Certainly large amounts of alcohol and benzodiazepine drugs (like Xanax) are not recommended. However, this level of exposure is trivial. You might be a bit sleepy for a while, but probably nothing more.
