Can you advise me if having my nose pierced with itp?

Some caution: Although a nose piercing uses a relatively small gauge needle, those with ITP are at increased risk of bleeding due to deficiency in platelets which help with blood clotting. In theory, you could have increased bleeding from the piercing.
