Probably not: Aplastic anemia tends to have low platelets, which would not be from itp.

Aplastic anemia....: Represents synthetic dysfunction of the marrow. While there may be immune dysregulation at the heart of aa (since immune suppression is the rx of choice without a matched-sib donor-at least in younger patients), it is directed at more immature progenitors. In itp, the antibodies are directed at mature plts. Ie., low plts stem from peripheral destruction, not failed production as in aa.
