How to handle an adult's temper tantrums. or is it dv?

What is DV???: Temper tantrums like this are caused by ingesion of sugary soft drinks, often caffeinated, and "junk"in general. They disturb biochemical mechanisms in the part of the brain where we generate emotional reflexes. The emotions become exaggerated and out of control. Anger may be associated with violence and may well be dangerous to others.

Not Appropriate: Adults should not be having temper tantrums. Adults are expected to control their temper and problem solve and make good choices. If this person is hitting, berating, or abusing a partner or family member, it is likely to be domestic violence. Get advice from your physician or see a therapist or social worker. It could be a physical problem, also.
