Use ONLY as directed: It is VERY important with these patches that you used them ONLY as directed. Use only one patch at a time unless your doctor prescribed otherwise. Place them where instructed and change them only on the interval prescribed. Trying to get 'more' effect by using them other than directed can and HAS caused death. Again, only use as directed. If you feel changes are needed, go through your doctor.
