Get it fixed: if you haven't already. Seek the advice of an orthopedic surgeon to evaluate your knee and perform surgery to resect or repair the torn meniscus. IF you have already had surgery, options include cartilage repair and Meniscal transplantation if the majority of your meniscus had been removed in the past.
