Can you suggest exercises to do in place of running?

Alternitive to run: obviously it depends on what you are trying to accomplish. For cardio swimming, biking , and fast walking work well. Weight training is good for body overall and can help greatly with weight loss. How about dancing or zumba? I think the key is finding something you like that you can stick with.
