What are the results of lack of air and water?

Not positive: Air is a critical need and strangulation from lack of it can occur quickly. Water is also essential and without water you would start to sicken in 3-4 days and go into a coma soon afterwards.

Death.: Lack of oxygen or water produces progressive decline in mental ability and physical function. If not corrected either of these will produce death. Lack of air will do this within a few minutes. Lack of water may take several days.
