I have an on and off itchy and occasional burn "down there" i'm on an acne med could it be caused by lack of water i don't want to go to a dr?

Pill for acne?: Do you have a prescription antibiotic? Which one? Dose? How long? Did you not see a DR for the acne med????? That may have caused increased population of yeast in genital area, resulting in itch. NOT caused by "lack of water". Best to see same DR who gave you the med. Meanwhile you can try OTC azole cream such as clotrimazole or miconazole. These are safe and cost about $5.
