Possible.: Hirsutism is the excessive hairiness on women in those parts of the body where terminal hair does not normally occur or is minimal and can be seen on a physical. Hypertension is measured with a blood pressure cuff, usually 2 or more elevated blood pressures. Osteoporosis is trickier, but could be diagnosed with a thorough history and physical, without DEXA scan.
