Yes: The question is what are you eating? Most likely your diet is deficient and you need to at least take a good muti-vitamin. You diet should be high in a wide variety of vegetables and fruits along with ocean caught fish, pasture raised chicken and fish. It is best to exercise after fasting (7-8 hrs) and then make sure you have protein within 30 minutes of exercising.
