No harm: Your food intake will decrease with aging (or you will gain weight, if you keep eating as much as you used to) but need for vitamins does not decrease. It would be prudent and safe to take a multivitamin pill without iron.

Only if diagnosed : You need to take medications for Hypertension only if diagnosed and not controlled by non-pharmaceutical means. To make the diagnosis you need to have your blood pressure measured as there are no symptoms of Hypertension. Otherwise continue what you are doing.
