Nerve issue: Sometimes tight shoes can push on a nerve and cause neuropraxia....which is temporary injury of a nerve. It can make part or area go numb. It may take several months to resolve if you get rid of the pressure on the nerve. If it doesn't improve after a month, have it checked out by a Podiatrist.
