I am worried about a pain in my leg and think it may be a bloodclot. i am on warfarin and last inr was 2?

Very possible: Your INR level is a little low. Ideally it needs to be 2.5. If you have swelling along with the pain, then the chances of it being a blood clot is more likely. I would suggest you speak to your doctor and if needed get a doppler of your legs done to check.
