Bleeding: This should be urgently addressed. Having an inr at this levels greatly increasing the chance of having life-threatening bleeding.

Stop and call: Inr is a measure of how thin your blood is. Usual target is 2 to 3. Your blood is too thin at 9. You must get in touch with your doctor for more instructions. I would not take any more Coumadin (warfarin) until you hear from him/ her.
