Endocrinologist: Is one of the doctors an endocrinologist? If yes, go with that advice. I would be in favor of raising the dose since your TSH is elevated above the normal range.

Increase Synthroid (thyroxine): Hi. The doc who said to increase your Synthroid is right, UNLESS there are cardiac rhythm or ischemia issues we are not aware of. With no confounding issues, yes, I'd increase your levothyroxine dose to get your TSH in the 1.0-2.5 range. Good luck!
