Could be: Could certainly be pregnancy related though also could be a sign of an infection, though without other symptoms that is unlikely. Without symptoms it's also unlikely to be leukemia and in that, abnormal cells are seen usually when the blood is examined under the microscope, which is a test your physician can order.
