Primary nocturnal: enuresis or persistent bed-wetting at her age is still within normal limits. If she was dry at night for 6 months or more, then began wetting, such secondary enuresis is more likely to have a medical cause. Ask her pediatrician about obtaining a 1st-voided, clean-catch midstream urine for urinalysis & maybe culture. Don't scold; do have her participate in clean-up, calmly & matter-of-factly.
