STD: There are many possibilities. If you have had unprotected sex you should be seen by a doctor and appropriately evaluated. Canada has a great medical care system with terrific doctors. Go and see one.

STDS: Sexually transmitted diseases do not appear out of the blue in a person who has never had sex. Thus, this is not an STD. Now there are viruses, fungus and bacteria that can cause problems. If the sore does not clear on it's own you may want your doctor to take a look at this spot.
