Probably not STD: The large majority of genital skin problems are not STD. There is a book named Genital Dermatology Atlas. As that title implies, it is filled with photos and descriptions of skin problems in the genital area. It's 300 pages long, and STDs are covered in only 15 of those pages. And it sounds like you're not at risk for STDs anyway. See a doctor, but until then don't worry about STDs.
