Penile rash: The large majority of penile skin conditions are not STDs, and these are not typical STD symptoms. If your gf has a vaginal yeast infection, that might be a possibility. This forum doesn't examine clinical photos. See a doctor, ideally a dermatologist. Or if you sign up for HealthTap's concierge service, a dermatologist may be willing to examine photos. In the meantime, this doesn't sound serious.

Itching is not STD: Itching is usually dry skin or a fungal infection. By itself it is not diagnostic of any std.

In the meantime, if you have sex at all, use a condom every single time. once you find out is you have an infection you need to try and contact partners so they can be treated. One more uncommon thing is penile skin cancer (at your age is doubtful but should be checked just the same.) I would suggest avoiding intercourse inclluding oral sex until you know what you are dealing with. Best wishes!
