How can i tell the difference between a bad headache or a migrane?

MIGRAINE HEADACHE: Migraine headache is chronic, episodic, severe, unilateral, throbbing with aura.Dx are normal neurologic findings. Bad headaches are associated with neurologic findings and diseases like cva, aneurysms, hpn, etc.
