Spinal Stenosis: It depends on the person. Unfortunately, there is not a definitive answer to your question. Everyone is different. A person's activities, posture, level of injury and it's extent vary. Some people may progress, others may not. As a doctor, I handle these on a case by case basis. The answer to your question is months, years, or never. Talk more with your doctor as they know you best.
