How long should it take to complete spinal decompression treatment?

Caveat emptor: The so called spinal decompression is a traction machine, pulling the spinal bones slightly apart. The science behind it is pretty soft. Some find that traction does feel good (some find it uncomfortable). If you try it and find it helpful, weigh the amount of relief (and how long it lasts) against the cost and decide if it is worth it to you.
