Great: You should be able to eat all foods. If you want some added relief insurance, you can keep Benadryl (diphenhydramine) with you. It can counteract the allergic reactions you are afraid of.

Eat and enjoy: If your tests show no allergies then you do not have to worry about getting a swollen tongue.
