Anxiety about all these stories of food poisoning & being in the hospital, i think i have had it for a week now but i only get stomach/headaches now.

DRINK WATER!: Do you mean getting food poisoning and ending up in the hospital because of it?Usually food poisoning is self limiting, lasting 24-72 hours at most.The biggest concern is hydration status.If you can't keep liquids in, you will become very dehydrated and this is when we would hospitalize for IV hydration and electrolyte replacement.If you are feeling better you probably don't need hospitalization.
