Symptoms sore throat it feels like something is stuck in there headaches, pain in stomach upper and lower, pains in my back upper and lower sometimes near my spine, pains chest & boobs area. i went to the hospital sun and they did heaps of test.

??viral illness : Can cause widespread symptoms with lots of normal tests. However hard to comment without examination. Best to see a doctor for review if things not settling/unclear diagnosis and urgently if breathing or swallowing difficulties or persistent vomiting. (Perhaps a consult on this forum or in person may help us here?)

Pains: Did they tell u have sore throat?? Sometimes people can have these symptoms because they are spiking low grade fevers. Also people with glandular fever can have similar symptoms. See your doctor for review if symptoms are worse.
