Normal values: The results from your complete blood count (CBC) are normal. Your WBC is on the low end of normal, and sometimes that is correlated with certain viral infections (so it's possible your symptoms are related to a viral infection). Pregnancy is another common cause of unexpected nausea and vomiting.
