Not necessarily.: The vitiligo may not be important since it hasn't changed, but with the family.history of.psoriasis if the neck and joint pain continue It would be wise to get examined.

Not necessarily: Most joint pains are not from autoimmune disease but from osteoarthritis. However if the joints involved are swollen and warm, then an autoimmune disease is possible. At this point, if Naproxen relieves the joint problem, you may continue with it. But if the problem gets worse, consult your doctor or a rheumatologist.
