Many possibilities: There are quite a few possibilities that could cause your pain after eating with sweating, nausea, and diarrhea. If the pain is worse after fatty meals, that would suggest a gallbladder/gallstone problem. This type of problem needs a physical exam and some testing to reach a diagnosis.
