Probable virus: It sounds like she may have a viral illness. The fever and headache can be part of it . Keep her hydrated and give her Tylenol (acetaminophen) according to label instructions. Tiredness and fatigue can also occur with it. If symptoms persist or get worse have her checked by her doctor esp in case of vomiting or higher fevers.
