Head Injury: If your daughter is inconsolable or has started vomiting this is an emergency. If not you can wait and watch. I would attempt to rouse her from sleep every few hours to see how she responds. I hope this helps.

Depends on situation: If knocked out by the event or having repeated episodes of vomiting. I would go in. If not, it is common for them to have migraine like headaches for up to 2 wks after such trauma & occasionally vomit with the migraine. Keep her schedule as normal as possible and let her sleep. Check her in the night with a flashlight & if she's not laying in a pile of spit up she is fine.
