No: It only means you're pregnant if they found a significant amount of pregnancy hormone in your blood or if they did an ultrasound to actually look to see if there is an embryo in one of your fallopian tubes (this is what would be an ectopic pregnancy) and there is one present. A pelvic exam is looking at your cervix and feeling for increased pain in the lower abdomen. Checking does not mean you are.
