Couple of my roommates have bronchitis, i've had chest pressure last several days and have no spleen could it be bronchitis for me?

Possibly: Bronchitis can be caused either from viral or bacterial infections. Chest pressure alone does not mean you have bronchitis. You should have other symptoms, such as coughing, possible fevers and feeling tired etc. You probably need to be careful since you don't have a spleen as you are more prone to bacterial infections that can be more serious than in those with spleens.
