Pressure near spleen and liver area but no pain. What does this sound like?
spleen top normal, length about 13cm" on a abdomen ct scan. three weeks later a chest ct scan indicated is mildly enlarged. Did it grow in 3 weeks?
Severe sharp pain upper left abdomen under ribs, left chest on deep breath, and left shoulder. Enlarged spleen on CT. No PE. BP higher than usual.
