Possibly: Many men like to have a matching pair of normal-size testicles in their scrotum as a matter of self esteem. Yes, if single and concerned embarssment with a potential future partner. No point in a prosthesis if already with partner who is unconcerned. Single prosthesis can be placed if other testis is normal & have small tentder testis removed. @ prostheses & leave testicle if no normal testes.
