See your surgeon: You need to check with your surgeon ,to find out why you are having this kind of pain, and check about the viability of your testicles, after the surgery, You are 20 years old, so did you have a torsion or you had undescended testicles for the orchiopexy. You need to have evaluation yearly with a urologist without any exception, because you are a high risk for testicular cancer. Good luck.
