High albumin and CO2. Just diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. Is the RA the reason those levels are high?

I just had bloodwork done today. Rheumatoid Factor was lower than 10. CRP inflammatory marker was 6. I cant find a straight answer on what this means? I have chronic pain in my back and was diagnosed with RA/OA even with neg. ANA. What does 6 mean?
