Back pain: Those values don't support a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis. Since you're complaining of chronic back pain and show no evidence of autoimmune disorder, I recommend being evaluated at a spine center where appropriate testing will be performed and proper treatment options discussed.

CRP 6: Your CRP is little high which is indicative of mild inflammation somewhere in the body. It is nonspecific. In most patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis, hand joints are involved. If you suffer mainly with back pain, problem should be local. Pattern of pain, factors changing the pain, examination and imaging will help diagnosing and managing the pain. i hope it helps.
