Autoimmune disease: Despite negative labs, you may still have some type of autoimmune disease. Chronic pain throughout the body is usually due to autoimmune disease. If there is no anatomic distribution of the pain, and it's not related to disease such as infection, cancer, endocrine disease, then it must be autoimmune.
