Statin: Lipitor (atorvastatin) and Aspirin are fine together. We usually in fact have folks take both.

Yes: Aspirin and statins are two of the most common drugs used in the treatment or prevention of cardiac events. There is a great deal of experience using the drugs in combination, and no adverse interactions are identified.
