No: So, that would mean that teen boys who have a lot of sex with their girlfriends end up with small penises and high voices? I don't think so! One's body reacts the same way when an orgasm is by masturbation (sex with 0 other persons) or by sex with another person. Your body does not know how many other people are in the room. Masturbation is universal and does not make anybody's penis change sizes.
