Need evaluation.: I would recommend you see an ophthalmologist about your eye pain asap, especially if there are any vision changes. Many things can cause an eye to ache, but some can cause vision loss if not treated: optic neuritis, iritis, angle closure, just to name a few. The tingling in the limbs may or may not be related.

Optic neuritis : You might have optic neuritis. You should see an ophthalmologist to determine the correct diagnosis.
