I sometimes have a tickling sensation sort of numbness on my left side of the head going up to the shoulders. chest pains,headache and shortness of breath. i also cant sleep well.what could be the cause?

Uncertain: Like the doctor who answered previously, I would want to rule out cardiac causes. Please get an assessment. If you have signficant shortness of breath - you should get urgent evaluation.
