Additional locales: Whenever an imaging study is done on a part of the body and then a repeat study is requested to be done on another part of the body there is usually a suspicion that additional lesions or entities that were found on the screening study can be found elsewhere. The physician who ordered the study in the first place would be your best resource to find out the exact answer.
