Scoliosis: Yes. See your medical doctor for an evaluation. Specific x-rays for the spine and a deformity specialist to evaluate the alignment of your spine can be obtained. It is better to evaluate and treat spine problems early before they become painful and difficult to treat later.

Wouldn't hurt: It probably would be good to be seen just to make sure you do not have some type of spinal deformity such as scoliosis. An exam and X-ray would likely be reassuring.
