HGH and RA: I am not aware of any studies that show it is effective. The most important treatment, by far, is treatment that reduces inflammation. If you want to try something in addition to Humira (adalimumab) and methotrexate, consider fish oils. There is actually some evidence for that. But talk to your rheumatologist above all.
