Not to worry: It sounds like a part of the report is missing. In identified white matter what? Most white matter signal findings in young patients may be related to blood vessels. Small blood vessels and the space around them can have signal. I would ask for a better explanation . Still if only blood vessel spaces dot worry. Still, it also depends on why you had the study in the first place.
