Fishy breath: No - uremic breath is distinct and not exactly fishy - It is possible post nasal drip or sinus infection is responsible; I recommend frequent drinking, mints, mouth wash 3 x daily, dental brushing 2-3 x daily; of course, if concerned have a blood test.
